REPLACEMENT / REFUND

At Hardly Laser, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or engraving/printing quality issue, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please contact us at hardlylaserorder@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including proof of the received item (video/photo of the defective product) and your order number.

To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following information depending on the nature of your claim:

  • Engraving or printing error – Include clear photographs showing the issue.

  • Design size or placement issue – Include photographs of the affected product with a measuring tape or ruler to illustrate the problem.

  • Missing items – Provide an image of the received package’s outer cover, including the detailed shipping label, so our production department can investigate.

  • Size issue (if applicable) – Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, including a photo of the item laid flat with a measuring tape for reference.

  • Post-delivery issues – If you encounter any problems within 60 days of delivery (such as fading, chipping, peeling, or other damage while using the product), please contact us with a photo showing the defective or damaged area.

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a free replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment:

  • PayPal: Within 1 business day.

  • Debit/Credit Card: Refund will appear as a credit within 7-45 business days, depending on your bank.


RETURN

All items are made to order – meaning when you place your order, we create that item(s) specifically for you.

You do not need to return defective items to us. We will use your feedback to improve our products and services, and we will replace defective products with new ones or issue a refund.
